Claudia Duran, Chief of Staff

Duran has over a decade of experience in public administration, executive support, and project management. Previously, Duran held the position of Executive Assistant to EPWater’s President/CEO before becoming Chief of Staff where she oversees strategic planning, operational efficiency, and executive coordination. Prior to joining EPWater, Duran spent nearly ten years working at El Paso County, where she served as Project Administrator in the District Attorney’s Office, managing public relations and spearheading key projects as well as Assistant Contract Administrator in the County Auditor’s Office. Duran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and studied International Business at Suffolk University’s Madrid campus.
