EPWater invites families to Engineers Week event

Experience fun-filled, hands-on activities at the TecH2O Learning Center

EL PASO – El Paso Water will conclude National Engineers Week (February 16-22) by hosting a FREE DiscoverE – Building Curiosity event for the whole family at the TecH2O Water Resources Learning Center on Saturday Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adults and children can learn how EPWater and engineering firms across El Paso use robotics and the latest technology to improve and grow El Paso. Participants can also see robotics teams who entered the Lego League Challenge show off their engineering marvels and catch a free screening of the “Lego Movie” at 12:30 p.m.

Additionally, EPWater’s award-winning Star Wars Lego-themed parade float “Water Wars” will be on display for all to enjoy.

WHAT: DiscoverE – Building Curiosity is a FREE event where parents and kids of all ages (elementary, middle and high school) can participate in hands-on activities related to the world of engineering.
