We’re Improving for You

In March, El Paso Water is launching My Account  ̶  our new, user-friendly, online service. It’s a one-stop shop to pay your bill with no fees, request an extension, monitor high water use, start/stop service and manage many other aspects of your account. You can set up a digital wallet and pay by text without entering your account information again and again.

To unlock the power of My Account, revisit this page on March 2. Register with your existing account number, and create a new username and password.

The current WebConnect tool to pay your bill will disappear at the end of February.

Create a WebConnect account and enjoy our easy, fast and secure online account management service to view:

  • Current balance
  • Billing history
  • Payment history

Do you have multiple EPWater accounts? Create one WebConnect account and link all of your properties for viewing through one login.

To register, you’ll need your latest water bill to provide us with the following information to protect your account:

  • Account number
  • The last four numbers of your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number
  • Driver's License Number, State, and Expiration Year
Registered users can access:
  • Account summary
  • Billing history (24 Months)
  • Consumption history (24 Months)
  • Make a payment though a variety of options
  • Submit a service request to:
    • Transfer service to a new address
    • Disconnect your service
    • Update mailing address
    • Report an outage
    • Request a meter reading
    • Submit general questions and/or comments
