Elmer Beeler, Chief Support & Logistics Officer
Beeler oversees the operation support and logistics functions of the utility, including the Warehouse, Fleet Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Operations, and Building Maintenance. He has over 30 years of experience in logistics and operations management positions. Prior to coming to the utility, he served in the United States Army for 20 years and retired 2012. After retirement he worked in a variety of logistics and transportation positions on Ft. Bliss both as a contractor and a Department of the Army Civilian employee. He has a Master's degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University.
