Development Services

Providing water and wastewater services for your project does not have to be difficult. El Paso Water’s Development Services department is here to support all the aspects of the project in the most efficient manner possible. We can help you connect to water and/or wastewater services while providing the direction and assistance you need to meet the requirements.

The Development Services department provides information regarding water and wastewater availability as well as assisting owners with new residential and commercial developments when extensions of public water and wastewater mains are needed. We will review your plans for compliance with our specifications. These main extensions are done through the execution of a document known as the Development Agreement and under the inspection of EPWater.
