How does El Paso Water publicize opportunities?

  • Purchases that require a formal bid process are advertised in the El Paso Times and/or El Paso Inc.
  • E-Procurement was designed to help suppliers do business with EPWater in an easier and more efficient way by increasing transparency and reducing the amount of paperwork required.
