Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit are scheduled for April 12, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
The Pre-proposal Conference will be held in the conference room at RRBWWTP, located at
10001 Southside Rd, El Paso, TX 79927. The Pre-proposal Site Visit will be held shortly
thereafter at the RRBWWTP. Attendance at the Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit is
mandatory for Proposers to maintain eligibility to submit a proposal.
