Lidia Carranco - Utility Chief Customer Experience Officer
Carranco oversees the customer service and meter shop departments. She has over 19 years of experience in finance and customer service. Before coming to El Paso Water in 2011, she worked at the City of El Paso as an Associate Accountant, Accountant and Department Administrative Manager. She has promoted to various positions within El Paso Water; Treasury and Property Control Manager, Fiscal Operations Manager and Assistant Chief Financial Officer over Customer Service. Carranco earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.
