Report Water Waste

Have you observed water waste that deserves El Paso Water's attention?

The Utility will issue warnings and citations when it spots or has evidence of:

  • Watering on the wrong day and/or wrong time
  • Water flowing into public rights of way or the stormwater drainage system
  • Failure to repair a leak within five working days of discovery
  • Washing down impervious (i.e. concrete) surfaces, except in emergencies to remove spills or eliminate dangerous conditions
