EL PASO – The customer service phone and online systems will not be available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 16. El Paso Electric is performing work that will affect these systems.
Emergency services will be available. Calls will be routed to dispatch. Customers should limit their calls to emergencies. If customers have non-emergency concerns, they should call before or after designated hours or during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
