EPWater is committed to continuing to deliver safe and reliable services to the community during the COVID-19 outbreak. Staff is working remotely, and others remain on site to keep critical water, wastewater and stormwater services operational.

Here are some of the ways we are taking measures to protect our employees and customers.

  • Our Customer Service Center on Boeing is closed to the public until further notice, but you can make a payment by phone, online or at a payment location. Click here
  • Leak inspections and disconnections for non-payment are suspended until further notice. Read more

  • Don’t flush wipes, paper towels or chemicals down the toilet. Read more
